- Emphasizing practice skill (Theory/Practice: 50/50)

- English is an encouraged subject.

College students are encouraged to achieve 400 scores of TOEIC and 300 for professional high school students upon graduation.

- Comuterizing all majors: for majors except Information Technology, there are around 600 periods of computer science in the curricula.

- Besides long-term regular training, ITC also provides vocational training with specialized modules for certificates (CCNA, CCNP of Cisco; International Diploma of IA Singapore and NCC of the United Kingdom, etc.) which will help students find good jobs after graduation or enroll in higher degree.

- The curriculum is quite suitable for students to complete college level and enroll in other universities in Hochiminh City including: post and Telecommunication – HCMC National University, Saigon Technology University, University of technical Education, Van Hien University, etc.

- ITC has a through program from professional high-school to college.
